Description

The 100C Morse is the pocket-sized 100C with a pattern of dots and dashes cut into the barrel, so the pen carries a line of Morse code wherever it goes.

Pure copper darkens to a deep, even brown as it meets the air and your hand. Polish it back to bright, or let it keep the record.

Where is the 100C Morse Cu made?

The 100C Morse Cu is machined from solid copper and finished by hand at the STEX workshop in India. Its makers spent more than twenty years in the copper trade before making their first pen.

Which nib does it use?

A German Schmidt steel nib, with a Schmidt converter for bottled ink. Medium is standard; Fine and Bold are also available. Schmidt nibs are smooth, reliable and easy to replace.

Which ink does it take?

Any bottled fountain pen ink, using the Schmidt converter, or a standard international cartridge when you are travelling.

How do I care for the copper?

Wipe it with a soft cloth and let the patina grow. To bring back the shine, polish gently with a little lemon and salt or a copper cleaner, then rinse and dry. Keep cleaners away from the nib and grip.

How do I look after it?

Keep it capped when you are not writing, use fountain pen ink only, and flush the nib section with clean water every few weeks or whenever you change ink.

Which currency will I pay in?

Visitors in India see prices and pay in Indian rupees; visitors from every other country see prices and pay in US dollars. Checkout is handled securely by CCAvenue.

Is shipping free?

Yes. Every order ships free with tracking, from our workshop in India to anywhere in the world.

Can I exchange it?

If your pen arrives with a manufacturing defect, return it unused in its packaging within 7 days and we will exchange it.

Can it be engraved?

Write to us with the text you would like on the 100C Morse Cu, and the STEX team will tell you what is possible for this model.

Fresh from the lathe: bright, rosy copper with a mirror sheen. Every fingerprint shows, and that is how it begins.
