Arihant
01/01 in the WorldHe who wins without war.
A carved, hand-painted box with a copper name plate, holding the Arihant pen, a hand-painted inkwell, a bookmark and a pen stand carved as a lion.
The story
Arihant, “he who wins without war”, is the one who has conquered the enemies within. The lid of the box carries the symbols of that path in relief: the raised palm of non-violence, the lotus, the crescent and the swastika.
Inside lie the hand-painted Arihant pen, a hand-painted inkwell in red and gold, a bookmark painted with a lion, and a pen stand carved as a lion’s head in teal and gold.
Every piece is painted and finished by hand, so no two sets are quite the same.
How do I own Arihant?
Arihant is an Exclusive Edition: a single piece, 01/01 in the world, made by hand for one person. Send the form on this page with your country, and the STEX team will reply with the price and when it could be ready.
How long does it take to make?
Each piece is made by hand at the STEX workshop in India. The time depends on the work involved, and we confirm it when we reply to your enquiry, so write early if you need it for a date.
Can it be shipped outside India?
Yes. STEX ships every order free with tracking, anywhere in the world. Import duties, if any, are set by the destination country.
Can I have one made to my own design?
Yes. Describe your idea with the form on the Exclusive Editions page, and the workshop will tell you what is possible and how it would be made.
Is it a good gift?
Exclusive Editions are made for milestones: weddings, significant birthdays, festivals and corporate gifts. Our gift guide covers choosing a pen, a nib and an ink for someone else.
